In 2013 Dean and I created Moore Wollombi Garlic. We have a strong paddock to plate philosophy and try to grow as much of our own meat and vegetables as possible. In order to support this philosophy we have grown feed crops such as corn, wheat, oats and lucerne to feed our animals. We also try to grown our own vegetables. When we can’t grow it, we try to support local producers. This year we have ventured into garlic farming. There is a growing demand for high quality locally produced products and we believe that we can deliver this. So please join us on our journey as we venture into our new business as garlic farmers.
